Suspicion Notebook

How to use this companion app

Suspicion is a deduction game: each player is secretly one of ten guests (pink, red, brown, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, gray, white). Use this notebook to track what you've learned about each opponent and to tally your gems and score.

Gems & score

  • Use the ▲ / ▼ buttons above each gem to add or remove gems as you collect them.
  • The Score updates automatically:
    • Every complete set of 3 different gems (one orange, one red, one green) is worth 6 points.
    • Each remaining loose gem is worth 1 point.
    • Every player you've marked correct? adds 7 points (your end-of-game guess bonus).

Colors Seen (global)

The top row of color boxes is for guests you've ruled out for everyone — for example, when you peek at a character card via an action and know that guest isn't any of the other players.

  • Tap a color to eliminate it on every player card at once.
  • Untap the color to restore the per-player marks you had set before.

Tracking opponents

  • Tap Add Player once for each opponent (up to 6).
  • Enter their name in the text field.
  • As you learn what a player isn't (from their answers to questions, the cards they look at, etc.), tap the color boxes on their card to eliminate those guests.
  • When only one color is left, pick that color from the Player Color dropdown to lock it in — the dropdown recolors so you can see your deductions at a glance.
  • Check correct? on a player when you're confident in your final guess; it adds 7 to your score preview.

Tips

  • Install the app to your home screen (PWA) so it opens full-screen and works offline.
  • State is not saved — refreshing or closing the tab clears the notebook. The browser will warn you before you leave.
  • Pinch-zoom is supported if you need bigger tap targets.
